Service Manager Alicia went above and beyond to get fixed an instrument cluster problem that had vexed me for several years. She got it covered by an extended warranty that I had forgotten about. And she did it all with an infectious smile. Three cheers!!

Darci is fabulous at explaining the repairs and helping with costs (applying coupons, reminding of 3% fee on ccs). Excellent video and narrative from Collin in Service. I love the Honda experience due to great employees like Darci and Collin.

From the moment I walked into Upper Valley Honda I was greeted with a warm welcome. All of the employees had a smile on their face and were willing to help. Shaunna in sales provided me with an impeccable experience. She was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and helped me decide the right vehicle for me! She took the time to exhaust all my other ideas before making the final decision. Shaunna helped me get the best deal I could afford on my new vehicle. It really felt like she was on my side. She was both knowledgeable and felt like a friend. I had a very pleasant experience on test drives with her. Shaunna is relatable and delightful to be around. I felt that she advised me as a friend/family would. She represents this company so well and is a great asset. Shaunna explained in depth the answers to all my questions and looped in other expert coworkers when necessary. I was able to make an informed decision and leave feeling confident that I was getting a great car! Bryce in the finance department explained to me about the warranties offered and other extra options I could add on. I did not feel pressured at all which was a refreshing experience. Bryce knew I had plans in the evening and was able to tailor the experience to fit my time crunch. I was able to get out on time and still feel that everything was well explained to me. Upper valley Honda even drove my car to me which was 1.5 hrs away. My time and business felt very valued. Very nice experience. Thoughtful and courteous service staff. Very comfortable waiting room with many snacks, drinks, television and Wi-fi. Very comprehensive service, and the technicians video of the check up is a nice touch. Instant and automatic check of wheel alignment is great technology and an added benefit at no cost.

I bought my car from Upper Valley Honda in February! Our sales rep Matt King was wonderful, very attentive and patient with my mom who was also with me. The credit system was down for the day and they were short a finance person however they got us moving quickly and communicated with us the whole time as to how long the wait would be and what was happening. I had some issues with stains on my seats and they took the car back in and fixed the stains at no cost to me and in a very timely fashion. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, the sales team is not commission based so there is no pressure on them to make an immediate sale or the cost of the car you're buying!

Always efficient and handy for me. Love the Reception Area while I wait. Recently went for a Vermont Inspection and found it was free. Next trip was for a tire pressure check and they did that free. Last trip was for an oil change and it came it at the price qouted. Staff is professional and welcoming.
